What to do if your item is faulty?

The Item I purchased is faulty...
First of all, we’re sorry that you have received an item that you are not happy with. Occasionally an item might not work, or maybe it got damaged in the mail. If you receive your item and it is damaged or unsatisfactory, we aim to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Happily, the majority of the time our winners have no problems with the goods.  

It would be a good idea to check the manufacturer’s website or call their helpline –sometimes the problems you are experiencing can easily be solved without having to return the product.  
 
If the product you received is faulty, please contact us and let us know.  We will tell you what to do next. You should inform us of the auction ID and the serial number of the product, this information will help us to deal with your problem more quickly.  

  We are associated with a range of different suppliers who would be happy to help identify any problems and, if necessary, replace faulty items.  

  We ask that you don’t send the item back to us without contacting us – if you do it is likely that it will take longer to replace your item. We’ll contact you and let you know what to do, in the event that your product does need replacing.
